I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Jawad Er-rachdi, A volunteer of CorpsAfrica, and I am writing to express my interest in organizing a litter pick event in my community to contribute to the environmental well-being. I am reaching out to request materials and support from you to make this initiative successful.
The proposed litter pick event is scheduled for 20/01/2024 and we anticipate the participation of 34 kids/volunteers. To ensure the safety and effectiveness of our efforts, we are in need of some materials:
- Trash bags - Gloves - Pickers or grabbers - Educational materials (if available)
We believe that by collaborating with OCEAN INITIATIVES, we can make a more significant impact in keeping our community clean and raising awareness about environmental conservation. Your support will not only benefit our immediate surroundings but also contribute to the broader goals of promoting a cleaner and healthier environment.
