Clean-Up Initiative in Ksar El Monkara-Jorf

We are Smile Association, a local organization based in the Jorf province, Errachidia, Draa-Tafilalt region of Morocco, committed to empowering communities through social, educational, and environmental projects.
As Ramadan approaches—a time for reflection, unity, and giving back—we are launching a community-wide clean-up initiative in Ksar El Monkara. This project will target key areas such as streets, forests, and mountain to address waste issues and promote environmental awareness.
Our primary focus is engaging the Monkara community, with an emphasis on involving students as active participants in this initiative. By educating and involving youth, we aim to inspire a culture of responsibility and care for the environment.
Our Goals:
Remove litter and waste from public spaces, restoring the area's natural beauty.
Raise awareness about the importance of protecting the environment and managing waste effectively.
Foster a sense of community pride and responsibility through collective action.

To ensure the success of this initiative, we are seeking support in the form of supplies and materials, such as gloves, trash bags, safety equipment, and other cleanup essentials. Your assistance will directly contribute to making Ksar El Monkara cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable for its residents.
